Recently ASIC released the Regulatory Guide (RG200) to super fund members. This initiative enables super fund trustees & financial advisers to give more information & advice, to super fund members about their existing interests in a super fund.

This seminar will explore how these changes will benefit members and explain the likely impacts, legal issues, risks, and obligations when providing simple advice.
